Attorney Pamela M. Magnano
Pam received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. Since law school, Pam’s legal career has focused primarily on the practice of divorce and family law in the state of Connecticut. Attorney Magnano is also registered with the Massachusetts State Bar. She has been selected to Super Lawyers in every year since 2014. She was recognized by Super Lawyers in “Rising Stars” in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Rising Stars recognizes the top 2.5% of young attorneys under the age of 40. Pam works with clients on their divorces, separations, and issues pertaining to Family Law such as child custody, child support, post judgment enforcement and modification of orders, and more.
She has represented clients throughout all levels of the family justice system, and has appeared in a variety of courts across the state, including the Regional Family Trial Docket located in Middletown. Attorney Magnano is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She served as the Co-Chair for the Family Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association from 2006 to 2009. In this position, Attorney Magnano co-chaired several seminars on family law topics. Each of these seminars featured some of Connecticut’s most prominent family law attorneys and most respected judges. Attorney Magnano also serves as a Special Master in the Tolland and Hartford Judicial Districts.
Attorney Magnano has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV Preeminent rating for ethical standards and legal ability. In 2013, she was one of only 60 young Connecticut attorneys to be selected by the Connecticut Law Tribune to “New Leaders In The Law”. Pam also volunteers her time and experience by sitting on the board of directors of the Children’s Law Center, a non-profit agency that advocates for the best interests of indigent children in the Connecticut Family Court system.
Attorney Sandi B. Girolamo
Attorney Sandi Girolamo graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University Law School in 2001, earning her Juris Doctor and ranking in the top 10 percent of her graduating class. While in law school, Sandi also received the American Jurisprudence award in Workers’ Compensation. Attorney Girolamo is admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. She also has served as co-chair for the Connecticut Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Family Law Section, and she currently sits on the Development Committee of the Children’s Law Center. Attorney Girolamo has chaired several seminars on family law topics and was featured in an article on juggling a legal career and motherhood.
Sandi focuses primarily on the practice of Divorce and Family Law. She believes that not every case should go to trial, and that in many situations, her clients’ best interests are better served through mediation. Attorney Girolamo serves as a Special Master in New Britain, Tolland, and Hartford Superior courts.
She has been selected to Connecticut Super Lawyer in every year since 2011, and to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2010. Sandi was chosen by the Officers of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association as one of five “Rising Stars” in 2010.
